Our Community Story

 

Belmont Village is a diverse, historic community of privately owned townhomes, nestled closely to the village of Liverpool, NY.

Our community is conveniently located close to major grocery chains, specialty shops, recreation areas, and shopping and food establishments in the Village of Liverpool. It is also close to major highways and the City of Syracuse.

 

Belmont Village was established in 1966 within the Protective Covenants. Construction on our Medallion homes began in 1967 and continued until 1969 when the last family moved into their new home.

Since that time, the Covenants remain as a reminder that the Village's Maintenance Association governs the community, and assures its residents there will always be continuity, cohesion and continuance of services to its residents.
