Sunny Backyard
Trash and Recycling Collection:

Mondays. Unless it's a major holiday, then Tuesdays.

Place your garbage and recyclables at the curb no earlier than the evening before (6:00 pm during April-October, 4:00 pm during November-March). If you store garbage outside, use a can with a lid to keep the pests away. Recycling bins and containers can be picked up at the Town of Clay offices or purchased through a local retailer. Trash and recycling pick-up does not accept tires, electronics, appliances, or hazardous wastes. Contact Butler Disposal Systems at (315) 342-0832 if you require a special pick up of trash.

Do not use the dumpsters at any of the surrounding apartment complexes for your trash and recycling. Those are for the use of the residents in that community.

The Belmont Village Maintenance Association hosts one "Chuck It" day each year to dispose of larger trash. Stay tuned for the date in a quarterly newsletter or here on the web site.

Yard Waste:

Tuesdays, March-December. Place yard waste at the curb in a hard-sided bin or biodegradable bag. The lawn maintenance contractor does one clean-up each spring and fall. Gates must be unlocked and open to clear leaves from fenced in yards. Residents are otherwise responsible for cleaning up yard waste, such as fallen branches.

Maintenance Fees:

Due at the first of each month. 2024 fees are $90.00 per month for each residence. Payments can be made online (with an additional processing fee) or mailed to BVMA, PO Box 2323, Liverpool, NY 13089. Checks should be written with blue or black ink (no marker) for easier processing with the bank.

Parking:

Each residence without a driveway is provided one assigned and reserved parking space. Parking in someone else's reserved parking space may result in towing with fees paid by the vehicle's owner. Second spaces are first-come, first-serve at Arlington Storage behind the residences on Candlelight Lane. Temporary/visitor parking is provided in designated places throughout the Village. Do not park on the street.

Pets:

Pets are welcome in Belmont Village! Town of Clay ordinances require dogs be leashed when not on your property. Pet waste should be cleaned up immediately.
