Landlord Information

Property Owners are ultimately responsible for what happens on their property. Most landlords have tenants sign a lease. Please have the BVMA Lease Addendum added to your lease agreement. Tenants are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations and membership agreement of Belmont Village. 

Landlords have a specific Representative on the Board of Directors. If you have questions about lease information or the rules and regulations please email General@belmont-village.com. In the subject line, please use "Landlord Rep" and your questions will be forwarded to Evan.
