BVMA RULES & MEMBER AGREEMENT

Rules and Regulations: Every owner and resident, including tenants, must print, sign, and submit the Rules and Regulations.

 

Member Agreement: Every owner in Belmont Village is required to print, sign, and submit the Member Agreement. Each residence is only required to sign once.

Signed forms can be mailed to BVMA, PO Box 2323, Liverpool, NY 13089.

2024 Maintenance Fees = $90 per month, per unit
